All of our greenhouses are in a very good condition, however they would benefit from a good clean when rebuilding to look as good as new. Please see our individual listings for any further details regarding the condition of the buildings.
The greenhouses will remain erected on-site until they are sold so if you have any further questions, would like to see more photos, or come and have a look at them yourself - you are more than welcome to. Swallow Kingfisher 6x8' Greenhouse with 4' Shed £3,750
This is my personal home Greenhouse that sadly I do not have time to use. It would cost over £6k for a new one and I am selling as an ex display at much less than Swallow's recommended ex demo rate. (I am a Swallow Greenhouses main dealer).
They recommend selling at 25% off RRP but I have listed this at closer to 40% off as this is not tied in to Swallow and I am free to set my own pricing for a fast sale.
The greenhouse is as follows, 6' 8" wide x 8' 4" long greenhouse with staging and shelves at one side. The built in combination shed is a 4' 3" extension with staging and shelf also fitted. Guttering is fitted to both sides and 2 x 100litre water barrels are also included.
This price includes delivery and professional installation within 50 miles or so of our location.
All you will need to provide is a solid, perfectly level pad of concrete or pavers around 13' x 7' minimum, ideally 14' x 8' and clear access as the greenhouse will be delivered in flat sections we need to carry in.
These timber greenhouses are made from Thermowood which is heat treated timber which is as good a treatment as you can buy, it far exceeds any chemical treatment and if looked after these greenhouses will last a lifetime. I could bore you for hours about all their features!
This greenhouse is around 5 years old and will benefit form a new top coat of Farrow and Ball Vert de Terre coloured paint to see you through the next 5 years or so. You can read more about these greenhouses on our website here
